The purpose of this pilot is to determine which of two methods is the most effective and valid way to measure client satisfaction and to assess if proper family planning (FP) counseling is being provided to clients and if the clinic staff promotes FP services to women who visit the clinic for other service. The instrument also measures clients’ perception of respect for privacy, appropriate client-provider interaction, safety measures and hygiene at the clinic.
