The purpose of this evaluation is to provide USAID/Jordan with an analysis and strategic recommendations on the effectiveness of the program strategy and the administrative approach that supports SDO4, “Gender Equality and Female Empowerment Enhanced,” to mainstream gender across Mission programming. The evaluation results were intended to inform USAID/Jordan’s programmatic decisions for the future of SDO4 and the Gender Development Objective (DO) Team.
