UNRWA Education Reform Strategy 2011-2015

The UNRWA Education Reform Strategy 2011-2015 was produced over the period August 2010 to March 2011, focusing on the education in the Middle East, more specifically in Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, and Palestine. The reform will improve the quality of learning for Palestinian refugee students in UNRWA’s 700 schools and allow the Agency to meet the evolving demands of an education system for the 21st century. The strategy focuses on teacher development, curriculum and student assessment, inclusive education, and technical and vocational training.
