Support domestic election monitoring, increase participation in the election process, and train candidates and political parties in effective campaigning and polling. Also, provide technical and in-kind assistance to the Independent Election Commission. CEPPS is implemented by National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI), International Republican Institute (IRI), International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES)
