Advanced Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) Training
Description
The workshop supports adult learning, using multiple interactive techniques, including exercises and brainstorming sessions. It is a facilitated learning session and staff with facilitation experience and a knowledge of CLA should lead the internal sessions. The sample agenda is for three half-days, but it can also be conducted over two longer days or once a week for several weeks. There is a lot of flexibility in the content and structure.

USAID/JORDAN Advanced Collaborating, Learning and Adapting (CLA) Manual
This manual complements the trainings held for USAID implementing partners and the Mission in late September and early October of 2021. The trainings were similar; the difference was that several staff in all Mission offices had completed a CLA self-assessment. The participants discussed the results at the beginning of the Mission training on the first day. The agenda, with links to breakout sessions can be found here and adapted by doing individual sections as needed.
