USAID CIS Program designed End of Project Evaluation training course to build the capacities of CSOs and IPs to design, manage, and procure external third part evaluations as a tool to capture impact and tell their stories. The material addressed the structure of evaluation, by asking “what do we want to know?” and provide practical insight to designing a complete Evaluation Scope of Work that includes, Purpose of the Evaluation, Evaluation Questions, Methodology, Qualifications and Key Personnel.
