This document is designed to give USAID/Jordan IPs a template to follow when developing their Activity MEL Plans. Please note that, as there is no official format for partners to use when submitting their Activity MEL Plans to USAID, you are not currently contractually required to follow this template. However, at some point in the future, the Jordan Mission may mandate the use of this or another similar template. The purpose of this template is to help USAID and its implementing partners ensure that the Activity MEL Plans meet the standards of ADS 201
