USAID Takamol developed this how-to guide after five years of planning and implementing campaigns for gender equity using creative tools and approaches with the aim to pass knowledge and ultimately enhance the quality of gender-related campaigns throughout Jordan. The step-by-step walkthrough presented in this guide provides practical guidance to civil-based organizations (CBOs) as well as activists to assist them in overcoming common challenges and building a solid base on which their future campaigns can be built. Using local and regional campaign examples and gender issues, this guide contextualizes campaign planning practices to help readers create localized campaigns that build on national efforts.
