A Management Framework for Monitoring and Evaluation for the Government of Jordan / Draft 2010

This draft report was published by USAID in 2010 as part of the Jordan Fiscal Reform II Project. The goal of the report is to review, improve and develop a full management framework for a Government Performance, Monitoring and Evaluation system. It focuses on specific functions and roles the institutions should play in the government-wide M&E process, outlining functions, relationships, lines of authority and reporting. The methodology used in developing a management framework for M&E was straightforward, including document, data and web site reviews, and semi-structured open-ended interviews with key ministry and agency leaders and staff.
