This research paper studies how to activate the right to access to information.
It begins with reference to the elapse of seven years since the issuance of
the law in 2007 without changing much about the environment that restrains
the right to access to information. The paper explains the criticizing notes on
the right to access to information law and the suggested amendments to it
from the point of view of human rights and the needs to civil society and the
national development.
