SIYAHA proposes an innovative training plan to transfer skills to SIYAHA
counterparts and enhance the sustainability of their institutions. This plan is geared
toward strengthening capacity building and sustainability, public policy advocacy,
human resource skills in tourism sector, including increasing tourism awareness, and
increasing investment in tourism sector. Year 1 activities will focus on addressing the
immediate training needs, as well as increasingly focus on capacity building and
access to infrastructure to ensure industry sustainability beyond the life of the project.
