This report published by Energy Sector Capacity Building ESCB project in 2014 is both a trip report and assessment report for establishing an Energy Services companies (ESCOs) association in Jordan. The two major issues were addressed in the consultancy: Should an association of energy service providers be formed? If it is determined that an association should be formed, what steps need to be taken to establish the association? Interviews were conducted with four related associations and three energy service providers and an assessment of the related associations was conducted, with the summary in Annex A.
