The USAID Energy Sector Support Activity's Gender and Youth Assessment unveiled opportunities for empowering women and youth within the energy sector. It revealed gaps in institutional mechanisms for Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) practices, as well as the perpetuation of traditional gender roles by employers.
