This is the offical gazette for the Bylaw on Provisions and Conditions of Exempting Systems of Renewable Energy Sources and its Devices and Equipment and also the Energy Efficiency Equipment from the Customs Fees and Subjecting them to General Sales Tax in Percentage or in Amount of (Zero). The bylaw was effected in 2015 as part of Article (11) of the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Law No. (13).
