The level and pace of economic growth depends, in part, on the availability of a qualified and
willing labor force. USAID Jordan Economic Development Program (SABEQ) workforce
development activities include developing and using processes to assess current and
emerging labor force demands and supplies as well as promoting strategies that increase
the quantity and quality of an appropriately skilled labor force.
