This brief was published by USAID in 2012. The National Survey included Early Grade Reading Assessment, Early Grade Mathematics Assessment, and Snapshot of School Management Effectiveness instruments applied in 156 primary schools across the country. This report presents principal findings of the National Survey as a basis for reflection and discussion. It also discusses two main topics: Finding and Key issues for discussions.
