The purpose of this Mission Order is to provide procedural guidance and establish roles and responsibilities for Mission Portfolio Reviews. This document was a part of the training material for the third session of the USAID/Jordan MESP- Performance Monitoring Workshop conducted by the Monitoring and Evaluation Support Project (MESP) in May 2015.
