For architecture and engineering firms, human resources management means carrying out
four basic functions: staff recruitment, staff retention, staff development, and minimizing
employment related liability issues. Because these firms sell the time, expertise, and advice
of people, human resources management should be one of firm leaders’ primary concerns.
USAID/Jordan created the Jordan Development KaMP – a web-based repository of development resources designed to improve sharing of data and information between the USAID/Jordan Mission, local implementing partners and development organizations within Jordan.
