ISTD Call Center Assessment 2010
This assessment was published in 2010 by the Income and Sales Tax Department (ISTD) and USAID/Jordan's Fiscal Reform Project II (FRP II). The assessment provides an overview of the call center and the ISTD in the hope of helping to improve and develop the call center in order to provide better services.
