JCAP Advocacy Efforts for Flexible Working Models Approved by Royal Court

Throughout the past year, JCAP and its counterparts; the Higher Population Council (HPC) identified the issue of allowing flexible work models including part-time work, working from home, and shifted schedule options as one of the obstacles for increasing women participation in the workforce
On March 8, 2017, and on the occasion of International Women’s Day, the fruits of JCAP’s advocacy and policy work bore fruition with the announcement of a royal decree approving a by-law for flexible working models by the Prime Ministry.
