The present structure needs adjustments. There is currently a
committee (Jordan Customs) reviewing the structure. To reduce the large number of positions
reporting directly to the Director General and improve management oversight, two additional
Deputy Director General positions should be created with the administrative responsibilities for
the following Directorates;Border Control,Customs Clearance.
