This report includes a technical analysis of how the DMP will be designed and the functionalities, including the minimum requirements for data management, it will contain and compare this to the international examples of successful and effective DMP’s throughout the world. Within this analysis, the desired objectives and the expected technical design of the platform are included, as well as the base formulas and relevant data dependencies that will be integrated into the platform. Additionally, this report contains a data dictionary and manual to outline the terms and data-specific language that the platform will incorporate.
