The purpose of this Mission Order is to provide Mission guidelines, procedures and recommendations related to strategy, project and activity/implementing mechanism (IM) monitoring. This document was a part of the training material for the third session of the USAID/Jordan MESP- Performance Monitoring Workshop conducted by the Monitoring and Evaluation Support Project (MESP) in May 2015.
