The SABEQ program is supporting the KHBTDA in Mafraq in its efforts to attract new high
quality economic investment, through providing technical assistance and consulting services.
One of the critical factors affecting the decision of the investor is the quantity, quality and
availability of labor force. In order to provide investors with valid information about the labor
force, a scientific study of the labor situation reflecting labor demand is, required. Therefore,
the SABEQ program contracted Dajani Consulting to conduct the Labor Demand Study
(LDS) in Mafraq to identify the labor profile and the gaps within the labor market.
