The Pre Action Review Manual
This guide is based on the documentation of the AAR process mainly phase I. The purpose is to provide NGOs who plan to conduct an AAR for an advocacy issue to have a clear and simple methodology in doing that. The guide is based on the AAR process guidelines and on the outcomes of the implementation phase.
