This document was published by USAID in 2010. It is a series of accompanying notes for a series of training workshops conducted as part of the USAID-funded Jordan Fiscal Reform II Project. The training aimed to improve participants understanding of the fiscal system and how it fits into the overall economy, as well as the development of indicators that can be very important in terms of monitoring the economy, monitoring budget implementation, and assessing macroeconomic and fiscal performance.
