This study performs an E-readiness assessment for the processes of issuance and renewal of
professional licenses at the Municipality of Greater Madaba as part of the implementation of a
Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) Pilot Project to develop a model for issuance and
renewal of professional licenses at the Municipality level outside the Greater Area of Amman.
The purpose of this report is to determine the state of E-readiness of the Municipality of Greater
Madaba and the degree to which the Municipality is prepared to participate in the automation of
selected municipal business processes.
