This is the 6th Annual Report of the Jordan National End Stage Renal Disease Registry (ESRDR) published in 2013 under the umbrella of the Ministry of Health in Jordan. The report is intended to assist health care providers, public health officials, NGOs in their work to prevent and control chronic kidney diseases in Jordan through the presentation of organized and systematic data from the ESRD registry including prevalence and the incidence and burden of ESRD in Jordan. In so doing the report intends to help to improve understanding thus enhance prevention and control efforts of the National Renal Registry Program.
