This orientation tool kit was developed as part of SABEQ support to EAM Maliban Satellite Company in Central Shounah to recruit and train 600-800 women from Central Shounah area. The objective of the tool kit is to convey to new workers in a simple, interesting, and straightforward manner basic information about their rights, obligations and professional behavior in the factory, in the form of questions and answers. The questions include all inquiries that the new entrants may have regarding the factory systems and practices in addition to acceptable behavioral standards expected from the workers.
