This guide is designed to introduce managers and employees in government departments to why and how to conduct participatory gender audits. The guide was developed through USAID Takamol's experience completing 11 gender audits with Government of Jordan entities. The guide presents foundational knowledge on gender mainstreaming, a step-by-step roadmap for participatory gender audits, and templates for assessing institutional readiness to conduct participatory gender audits in workplaces.
