This report summarizes the findings of the 2012 Jordan Population and Family Health Survey (JPFHS) carried out by the Department of Statistics (DoS). The survey was funded by the government of Jordan, USAID), the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). The JPFHS is part of the worldwide Demographic and Health Surveys Program, which is designed to collect data on fertility, family planning, and maternal and child health.
