This is a scoping statement for upgrading wastewater treatment plant in Mafraq. the statement, published in 2007, intended to identify the significant environmental issues to be addressed in an Environmental Assessment, provide a schedule and methodology for the preparation of the Assessment, and finally provide a description of the environmental analyses to be conducted and the disciplines required. The statement was prepared and shared with USAID by Engicon.
