Based on extensive consultation with owners and operators of hotels within the Dead Sea, a
need was identified to enhance access of workers to the area through the establishment of a
private bus transportation company and terminals.
As part of its initiative to improve employment opportunities and competitiveness of the area,
the USAID Jordan Economic Development Program (SABEQ), has provided technical
assistance to support the operators and owners of tourism development projects develop a
business plan for the proposed company.
