“In October, MESP held a survey dissemination event to publicly release data from its nationally representative Private Sector Survey. MESP, in partnership with Mindset, collected perceptions and perspectives from 1,864 registered businesses in Jordan on topics ranging from employment, access to finance, the business enabling environment, to attitudes toward women and youth, among others. This study expands on the World Bank Enterprise survey and other existing measures to give the most comprehensive view in to the perceptions and perspectives of the private sector in Jordan.
The dissemination event took place on October 24, 2018 at Le Royal Hotel, Amman, and involved a large variety of stakeholders including: USAID Mission staff, USAID IPs, Government of Jordan, private sector representatives, and others. During the event, findings of the study were presented, followed by an interactive panel discussion and audience Q&A which are both exhibited in below video.”
