Public Private Partnership Through, Build-Operate Transfer in Jordan Wastewater Sector
This report shows the process of involving the private sector in the delivery of water and wastewater services. The Ministry of Water and Irrigation (MWI) awarded a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) contract shared between the Public and Private Sectors for the purpose of rising finance from the private sector and share all kinds of risks, in addition to allow competition in different technology transfer and know-how.
