The purpose of this document is to provide general guidelines and recommendations to be considered by
recycling service providers and commercial waste generators when drafting and signing recycling service
agreements. This aims to improve current practices in the provision of solid waste management and
recycling services and improve the efficiency and scope of recycling within the commercial sector and
recycling service providers.
Both the commercial waste generator and service provider can incorporate additional provisions, services,
and terms and conditions into their service agreement to meet specific requirements
