As the Professional Communities Initiative concludes at its first stages, and prepares for
management handoff from SABEQ to a local organization, feedback from members showed
that there is a need to consider re-designing some activities to meet the members’ needs
and retain attract members and assure sustainability. This report recommends possible PC
amendments and new activities to strengthen the PC initiative and its contribution to the
enhanced productivity of Jordanian firms.
