The Local Health System Sustainability Project (LHSS) under the USAID Integrated Health Systems IDIQ helps low- and middle-income countries transition to sustainable, self-financed health systems to support universal health coverage. LHSS in partnership with the JNMS, conducted a training on Tele counselling communication skills targeting the JNMC tele counselling nurses and supervisors to achieve timely communication with confirmed COVID 19 cases and enhance contact tracing surveillance efforts.
