This strategy was published by The Department of Antiques of Jordan in 2014. This strategy aims to define a vision for the future management of archaeological heritage in Jordan. It addresses the role of the various stakeholders in enhancing the safeguarding and archaeological management of Jordan’s antiquities, through the Department of Antiquities. The strategy provides a situation analysis as well as a detailed strategic framework. The strategy concludes with a road-map of key activities necessary to attain strategy goals.
