This report summarizes the activities undertaken by the USAID/Jordan Operations and Maintenance
Training (OMT) Project as part of Component 4 – Performance Monitoring and Evaluation to establish a
Training Impact Assessment (TIA) process that would provide the foundation for determining the
extent to which the training conducted by the project and planned for the future had a measureable
impact on improved operation and maintenance (O&M) of water and wastewater treatment plants and
conveyance facilities
