USAID LHSS Reopening of Schools Campaign Evaluation Report (Covid-19 TV & Radio Campaign)  

USAID Local Health System Sustainability (LHSS) produced a campaign with five television and three
radio advertisements targeting schools’ employees, parents, and students. The campaign aimed to
encourage the targeted audiences to maintain practicing COVID-19 precautionary measures in following
rules of social distancing, hand hygiene, wearing masks, and sharing personal belongings in schools. This
study aims to evaluate the campaign’s success factors in terms of reach, message recall, creatives, and
impact.
