Youth:Work Jordan (YWJ) approaches the issue of youth employ ability from both the supply
and demand side – working with employers to assess the skills requirements of their employees,
while also learning from youth about their needs and those factors that contribute to youth friendly
workplaces. While challenges exist on both sides of this equation, YWJ creates spaces
through which employers and youth can learn from each other and work toward mutually beneficial
solutions.
