This report has been prepared for the SIYAHA Project, implemented by Chemonics International and funded by USAID. The goal of this consultancy was to evaluate existing Community Based Organizations (CBO) models in priority clusters identified by the SIYAHA project, as well as other tourism-related CBO’s in other locations across the Kingdom in order to assess the current capacity, interest, opportunity and potential for the CBO's to participate in the tourism economy; as well as to design and develop strategies to build CBO's capacity by addressing specific technical assistance, grants, incentives, and training needs that may be fulfilled by the SIYAHA project, or other partner institutions and BDS providers.
