Assessment and development of JTB's [Jordan Tourism Board's] financial and administrative procedures : final report  

The aim of this task is to conduct an objective analysis of the Jordan Tourism Board’s
financial and administrative procedures and provide recommendations for their
improvement to assist JTB in effectively, efficiently, and economically fulfilling its
organizational goals. Such a review would assure that relevant policies and procedures
are observed and in place and provide the basis for recommending appropriate
administrative and financial systems that will catalyze the optimization of JTB’s
operations.
