The following report presents the key objective which is to prioritize and assess development opportunities at four site-based tourism clusters in Jordan with a view to strengthening their offer to boost their competitiveness and attract international tourism. The report is to provide a logical framework for destination development at each cluster. It directly supports the participatory rapid assessments to be undertaken at each cluster, which are focusing on the resources available in each community.
