This final report summarizes the accomplishments of the USAID-funded Jordan Education Reform Support Program (ERSP), implemented between May 2009 and July 2014. The program’s objective was to support the Jordanian Ministry of Education to implement the second phase of its ongoing Education Reform for a Knowledge Economy (ERfKE). The work of the project was organized into four component areas: early childhood education; youth, technology and careers; professional development and credentialing; and data use for decision making. The report is organized into four sections each of which describes how the work progressed over the course of the five years, drawing attention to particular highlights achieved and challenges encountered. The report intends to present the big picture of each component, showing how the specific activities all contributed to the broader outcomes, and what the significance was of those outcomes to ERSP’s objectives and the Ministry’s reform efforts.
