This guide was developed by Shaaria Faculty at the University of Jordan as part of the USAID grant to address water, energy and environmental issues in Jordan. This project aims at showing the role of participatory teaching techniques in linking between Islamic values and the concepts of saving water and energy resources, and aims at offering steps of using participatory teaching and how this approach can help in changing behaviors of individuals in taking responsibility in protecting the environment .
