"The Business Mentorship Program is meant to pair successful tourism enterprises in Jordan with similar tourism enterprises and entrepreneurs at the cluster level requiring business mentoring. Experienced and successful tourism sector mentors will be identified to support and advise entrepreneurs in planning and implementing tourism ventures. The program will be launched initially in Madaba on a pilot level and will be implemented afterwards in other areas of Jordan.
The Business Mentorship Program presented is based on best practices and elements that ensure sustainability of the Program. The Management Guide to the Business Mentorship Program is designed to provide a comprehensive and clear description of how to manage the Mentorship Program including details on how to fill forms, procedures for the Program and the Awareness Building Plan for Mentors.
