The USAID-funded Jordan Tourism Development Project (Siyaha) was requested to provide expert opinion on the possible use of a tourist retail and services facility built on a hilltop across from the Mt. Nebo church in Madaba. This document provides a brief analysis of the facility, a general overview of the possible uses of the center, and recommendations related to international best practice in presentation and management of the facility.
