Performance Evaluation of the USAID/Jordan Fiscal Reform Project II 2014  

This is the performance evaluation of the USAID/Jordan Fiscal Reform Project II (FRP II) published in 2014. The report assesses the process, methodologies, and outcomes of the FRP II, and measures the sustainability of the achievements related to project beneficiaries. It is intended to provide recommendations to USAID on how best to improve successes, sustainability, and cost effectiveness of FRP II in its remaining time in addition to informing the design of similar future projects. Findings, conclusions, and recommendations are organized by components as reflecting the project organization as opposed to evaluation questions.
